In the women's race, Daniela Ryf will try to add another Ironman 70.3 World Championship title to her impressive collection. While the Swiss star will arrive as the prohibitive favorite, she will be kept honest by a number of top competitors including Britons Lucy Charles and Emma Pallant, American Sarah True and Australian Melissa Hauschildt. Germany's Anne Haug will be another to watch - she has notched up a number of top performances over the 70.3 distance thanks to her impressive running talent.
