It's been quite a year on the pregnancy front in the world of elite triathlon. One more big name to add to the list: Meredith Kessler.

Add one more triathlon champion to the soon-to-be-a-mom list: Meredith Kessler and husband Aaron are expecting a boy in November.
Earlier this year Kessler finished third at Ironman New Zealand, a race that she's won five times.
Long one of the sport's most popular professionals, Kessler competed in track and field hockey in college before turning to triathlon after she graduated in 2001. She juggled the sport and a career in investment banking, working 60 hour weeks and sleeping four hours a night for years. In 2011 she left her job and committed to the sport full time. During her career she's notched up a dozen Ironman wins and even more 70.3 titles.
Kessler plans to return to racing in 2018.
