Sarah Haskins continued her impressive comeback to racing after having her second child last year, following up her big win at the Escape from Alcatraz earlier this month with an impressive win at the Philadelphia Escape Triathlon. Haskins got to the line ahead of last year's champ Alicia Kaye and Sophie Chase.

“I was really excited coming off a big win at the Escape from Alcatraz Triathlon two weeks ago and looking forward to returning to this race for my fourth time,” Haskins said. “The bike course is my favorite part of this race. It was a humid day, but the roads were nice and dry, so I was able to be aggressive on the turns.”

On the men's side of things Cameron Dye managed to hold off Ben Kanute (the Alcatraz champ from a few weeks ago) and last year's winner Jason West to take his fifth win at the event.

“I felt great today,” Dye said. “To battle it out with Ben, one of the top names in triathlon today, is and honor and always fun. This is the first time I won a race on the run, Ben made me work for it through the last mile.”
