Lucy Charles will be stepping up to the line again on Sunday at the Cannes International Triathlon, so there’s a good chance she’ll be able to maintain her position atop the pro prize money rankings compiled by the Challenge-Family. A win at WTS Bermuda for South Africa’s Henri Schoeman (currently third in the standings) would move him ahead of his countryman Kyle Buckingham, who sits atop the world ranking right now thanks to his win in South Africa earlier this month.

Rachel Klamer (NED) could also move to the top of the standings with another WTS win - she won the first WTS race of the season in Abu Dhabi - and currently sits second in the women’s standings ahead of Great Britain’s Susie Cheetham.

Terrenzo Bozzone’s three-race tear that included a big win at Ironman New Zealand followed by two straight 70.3 wins in South American and Mexico put him in second place in the standings at present – he’s hopefully enjoying a bit of a break after his three-weeks-in-a-row effort.

Women's top five:

1 Lucy Charles GBR $30,000

2 Rachel Klamer NED $18.000

3 Susie Cheetham GBR $16,500

4 Laura Siddall GBR $16,440

5 Anne Haug GER $16,000

Men's top five:

1 Kyle Buckingham RSA $30,000

2 Terenzo Bozzone NZL $22,000

3 Henri Schoeman RSA $18,000

4 Josh Amberger AUS $17,750

5 Mario Mola ESP $12,000
