The 3.8km swim leg takes place 75 km from the capital in one of the most enchanting and attractive touristic areas of the region of Madrid: Buitrago de Lozoya. The 180 km bike leg includes incredible locations in the Madrilenian Sierra, and passes through the famous tour of the mountain passes with the ascents to Canencia, Morcuera and Cotos.
